Does anyone else find the loading times annoying when you want to make a sub, I know that it's setting up the little pitch at the bottom of the tactics screen, but, it takes a little while, and is annoying. Can I knock that off?

I don't know how many headsets I've gone through. They just seem to break for the fun of it. I don't use the headset often on live anyway, only when I'm playing with a friend.
