I agree with PES5 being the best version to date. PES2008 wasn't that bad IMO, and was definitely the second best version after PES5. You can't really answer whether PES09 will be as good or even better as PES5 until you play it yourself, because it's down to personal opinion.

Shopto are pretty good for pre-orders, I pre-ordered off there for Tiger Woods 09, and I ordered it on the Tuesday before release, and got it the next day. If they send it out tonight, you should definitely get it on Wednesday due to their next-day delivery service.

IMO probably. It's been ages since I've played PES4 and PES5, and FIFA 09 has just improved so much since the earlier releases, and especially FIFA 08, I would stick it on the same level.

I wasn't that big of a fan of PES4, now, PES5 is where it was, that was the best version they've released, and from there it's gone down hill. Your still judging FIFA 09 on the demo though, you should rent it and then see what all the fuss is about. Millions of people saying the same thing...

Totally agree. El Nino, FIFA 09 is a great game, I can't see how people can decide on a game from just playing a demo. Give it a chance and you will see that FIFA is a good game. You moan about people saying about PES2009's demo being bad, but, you've practically said the same about FIFA's.

Same here really, I managed to score two, both as Deco. I placed one into the bottom corner by using a unique amount of curl, and the second free-kick hit the bar and apparently crossed the line. Other than those two, I just hit them straight at the keeper.

Haha..nice. When I play online, I used to be Chelsea but I couldn't play with them online, so I switched to Real Madrid, and then to A.C Milan, I just cant play online. Everyone always uses Man Utd as well. Which is annoying because Ronaldo is unstoppable at times. :(

I got the first game but didn't manage to complete it and ended up getting bored, that game is now corrupt so if I wanted to complete it, I'd have to start again. I'll probably get Saints Row 2 around christmas, as it does look pretty good. I like the flying addition.
