the lack of stadiums does irritate me considering this is an apparent next gen game. The quality of the stadiums featured is excellent although there isn't enough variety. I would have preferred 5-10 new stadiums than a champions league license as you feel like you're playing in the champions...

a minor improvement in terms of core gameplay. If the gameplay is bad then the rest wont matter. But the gameplay wont be bad.

i haven't played the US version although i am certain there wont be a big enough difference to change my mind about the game. Pes 09 does need a radical overhaul game play wise and i am fully confident that this will happen that is why i am more excited than ever.
