Stats change doesnt solve anything, the whole point of PES is playing it against other humans, whether its online, going for pes session to your friends house or playing some offline tournaments. And in all of that default settings and stats are used.

Yea thats it, europe is best for online pes. You have to be aware that once a game starts, you and your opponent are connected with p2p connection, and you cant expect data to travel to him in a millisecond. There has to be some delay in buttons you press.

90% of online matches are very playable, you should just avoid playing against people from other continents, nothing can prevent delay in those matches, not even the most perfect net code. Fifa doesnt have better online mode.
