the patch for pes2008 downgrades the graphics in order to address some of the framerate issues. However I have seen no difference in graphics in my version of WE2008 even after installing the patch.....

The GK are improved and they usually don't stand still, but of course sometimes they stand still when they face an unexpected shot just like in real life. Overall the GK are a lot better, they could still use minor improvements though.

Probably can't get the licenses for them, but didn't someone say that in PES5 there will be a bunch of NT licenses? As for Korea and Japan well Konami are based in Japan so it wouldn't be too hard to get the licenses for both those countries.
