I mean what is the main reason? Does anyone know. Like South Korea and Japan have great looking uni's in WE8.

Probably can't get the licenses for them, but didn't someone say that in PES5 there will be a bunch of NT licenses? As for Korea and Japan well Konami are based in Japan so it wouldn't be too hard to get the licenses for both those countries.

Probably the company license: Any team made by Adidas, nationals at least, is correct, other companies no b/c they don't have the license
