I like to play 4-3-3 becuase of watchin teams like ajax and psv, they utilise their youth and get them to play some beautiful 1 touch football.
The main advantages of this formation is that if done correctly the opponent has to do a lot of running after the ball. This and the wide style of play means the players use less energy. They can simple allow the ball to circulate at speed, one-touch football, while keeping its shape as the tactic naturally has lots of triangles.
i have spent a lot of time trying to implement this tactic i think it needs to be setup like this.
Basically what i want from my players are:
*The whole team moves in set patterns if one player comes back to receive the ball another will make a forward run.
*wingers stay wide to create space for the Striker, and options for the team
*Wingers to make a lot of forward runs
*If an attack cannot be pursued down one flank the task of the midfielders (mainly MLC & MRC) is switch the ball to the other flank as quickly as possible. (so i need the mc's available for passes all the time)[/COLOR]
i would really like help and tips for all you guys on the fourm
