hey guys havent played since the golden ps2 days & have a few questions..will try to keep it short & sweet

in no particular order

how many legendary players are available (roughly)? do they still have to be unlocked?

if i use a custom team in ML can i edit the kit every season?

will be playing on ps3 & all the downloadable edits etc are confusing me a bit. is it literally a case of dl'ing files from here then putting them on a memory stick/port HD & plugging that into the ps3?

is there anything the ps3 wont take? ive noticed boot packs..pc only?

adjustable sock length? neck warmers? (lol)

if i edit a player (boots etc) from the main menu whilst in a ML will those changes show up in the ML?

is the magic still there? does it feel like pro?

Welcome to the site, here goes with the answers.

You can but you have to do it in edit mode, maybe this feature will be back in 2012 but who knows.

It sounds confusing but yeah basically you download it & copy to and USB/HD then copy onto your PS3. Previously this could be 100's of files but apparently for 2012 it will be just one file :)

Your pretty limited with what you can import on the PS3 (unless its jailbroken). Basically you can import face scans and kits (front of shirt only) and ad boards for the stadium builder. No boot packs or scoreboards etc as you say pc only.

Socks can be normal or long, no neck warmers in 2011 & I doubt they will be in 2012 as they've been banned by FIFA. Plus you have under armour, undershorts, tape etc.

If you edit a player after starting a ML then his apperance, name, boots & accesories will change, but stats, positions etc will stay as they were unless you restart.

For your last question I will leave that up to others to answer as I've always liked each game (despite their sometimes flaws) & taken them for what they are. Give the demo a try its extra hard this year but I think once everyone has played it for a while they will find it easier :)

watched a few new vids on youtube but couldnt find the answer

how is ML actually set up? do you still start in a lower division & work your way up? can you still pick the teams you want in the ML? create a super league so to speak...
