Just fixed this myself. ;)

I am on Xbox 360, so i dont know what you would do if you own a PS3. I dont know how that system works, so i wont take guesses.

The first thing you need to do is,

- Load the game up and when you get to the (Press Start screen) check the figures at the bottom of the screen. Mine said:

Data Update - 1.01
Version - 1.00

I think thats what they said anyway (Might be the other way around). If the numbers are different, then here is what you need to do to fix the bug.

- Leave the game in the console and back up to the dashboard.

- Now press Y on the game (As if you was going to install it to hard drive)

- Scroll over to the updates/downloads.

- Click on all downloads

- Now, at the bottom of the screen you should have 2 of the same file (Data updates).

- Download both!

- Load the game back up and you should now see that both (Data Update and Version) will be the same.

- Apply it over the previous

- It will automatically save it.

- Finally, go over to edit mode to check that it has worked. (The Ireland kit should be back to normal)

I did this earlier and it fixed the bug for me, the update is still there (All the new players, boots and teams etc) but it fixes the Ireland kit bug aswell.

Enjoy.

I imagine you'll be able to do this in-game also cause the first DLC, Version 1.02, you could download & install it from with the Extra Content section of PES 2011.
