You need:
A Max Drive (obviously)
A memory card
A PC
What it does it plug into your computers USB, you then put save files on it. You then stick it in the USB ports on your PS2 and tranfer the file to your memory card, and use the file from there. It also allows you to store your save games on your PC.
I have one myself - good purchase.
