Does anyone know and can tell me how these are created cos i'd like to create my own if possible. Is there an mp3 to afp converter or something??

I mean when you are patching the DATA_X.afs file in afs explorer the optional music files in some of the patches are .afp files. I was wondering if and how these are created from the actual music file, be it mp3, wav or whatever.
