AFS Explorer problem with my PES3 PC.

Ok, so when im trying to patch PES3 PC or just trying to add boots or balls to it, click import AFS file then when i click Data_e.afs a message comes up

"Coherence error : Overlapped file(s) found in descryptors!
AFS file is corrupt!
Do you want to load it, anyway?"

thats the message. Does this mean that there is something wrong with my data_e.afs?I have un-installed and Re-installed many times but still i get the same message. Can someone help me?
