All star team in WE 9?

I was playing Master League, and during the off seaons, when I was playing against the Europe all star team.
Does anyone know how to get those hidden teams?

oh i found that thread. It doesnt say you can actually play AS those teams. So I'm guessing you cant unlock them and play as them in exhibitions?
