Hey iv been having a problem with my pro evo lately.

Whenever i load a game, or finish a game the screen will be stuck on ages for forever, untill i alt tab then tab back in and the game will have loaded.

Other than this annoyance the game runs fine, and its only recently started to do it.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? and how to fix it?

Cheers!

Hey there! I used to have a similar problem, plus the game randomly exited to desktop with a "nvidia driver stopped working" error message (Vista x64). Oh, and sometimes, a random game would freeze for around 30 seconds before resuming as if nothnig had happened. HDD activity during these freezes was 0, but I never checked CPU load to see if extra activity was actually going on within the game. As is the case with your pro evo, the game worked fine for months before all that started to happen. Reinstallation of game/drivers did nothing. Updating nvidia drivers did nothing (in fact, I think that might have f***ed up the game in the first place). I don't have it installed anymore, so can't help you further. I looked around at the time but found no one with the same issue.

EDIT: I forgot something. I actually DID find something that *lessened* the freezes and particularly the crashes: I deactivated AA and AF from Nvidia control panel for this game in particular (I set it to Application controlled instead of Override application settings). The downside is that the game sped up quite a bit, making it even uglier to play. That's why I think it was a driver update that screwed it up in the first place.
