I copied and pasted it but when I click on it it doesn't work either. If you want it go uk.playstation.com and put in pro evolution soccer 3 in the search box. there should only be one result, Evolution and thats it. Sorry it didn't work. tho!

No worries. Some of these sites suck with linking and speed.
To save others time and in case the page goes missing, I'll copy the article here:-

====================================
"Force it home!" Armed with hundreds of your suggestions, Official PlayStation 2 Magazine's intrepid News Editor flew to the Alps for a meeting with the men responsible for Pro Evolution Soccer 3.

The snowy peaks of Switzerland's Grindewald ski resort seem an unlikely place to meet the minds behind the 'Best Football Game Ever...' But for some reason it's where OPS2 found itself, tucked up in a snug bar talking to Pro Evolution Soccer's Producer, the enigmatic Shingo 'Seabass' Takatsuka and his immediate superior, Shinji Inamoto.

They were there to witness the European Pro Evolution Soccer Media Cup but what we really wanted to talk about was PES3 - specifically, will it support online play? Inamaoto replies, "I'm sorry to say we can't guarantee the online option for PES3. It's to do with the infrastructure in Europe, which is a little complicated when compared with Japan and the US. If the network is there, we'll definitely do something in the future, but there's still much research to be done."

It's worth noting here that Seabass had previously mentioned to OPS2 that Konami's ultimate goal is for 22-player online football matches. Seriously. So no online - what can we expect from PES3 then? "I want to deepen the one-on-one battle between defender and attacker as much as possible," Seabass explains. I also want to redo all the motion capture and implement new moves, especially individual moves like Beckham's free kick."

It's good to hear the team is fully aware of the criticism aimed at the poor commentary and lack of proper licensing. "We have a disadvantage being a Japanese developer," Seabass admits. "But in next year's version we'll use English speakers to help the team. In terms of licensing, we need to obtain one other than just FIFPro and I've raised awareness in Konami that we should aggressively pursue one. If we don't improve in these areas I'm aware our sales will drop."

With proper commentary, fully licensed players, a new game engine, further evolved gameplay and all new animations can we expect '3' to be the magic number? "When the game gets closer to the goal we have in our minds, the goal stretches out so we never get close," muses Seabass. "From the next game, we're visualising the whole concept of football rather than just individual moves, which will take us back to page one again. So I'll probably never be satisfied!"

Atleast they know what people think of commentary. Hopefully they'll make it a lot better. I might write a thread about possible lines...
