I've been playing the Pro Evo games ever since they were on the N64 but never actually owned a copy myself. I've played all the games round mates but when Pro Evo 5 came out I thought I'd better get involved so got myself a slimline PS2 and a copy of Pro Evo 5. I got it last Friday and today is the 1st part of the weekend that I haven't been playing it!

Don't think I'll quite be at the standard of where my mates are, still struggling to win on the 3 star difficulty so any hints/tips would be appreciated! I only normally win by 1-0 so don't really know where to improve! My free kicks and corners could be better but don't know where to improve my general play.

Look forward to learning from all the other PES players and hopefully starting to beat my mates!

Well PES5 is completly different to the others so am sure your mates are still getting used to it too, try running with :R2: because it gives you more control.

Do you mean holding R2 after you've held R1 to dash? This just sends the ball a lot further in front of my player, it works better sometimes but only the faster players seem to be able to catch up with the ball!
