I have just bought pes4 for xp and pes5 for pc.
I haven't tried pes4 yet but on the pes5 for pc i cannot score everytime i try to shoot it goes way over the oppositons bar..
Please can someone help??

ive got the solution Go to mode select menu scroll down until you some thing Called Training . Practise makes perfect mate

It's mostly about timing the shot right. Also you need to be putting less power on the shot. (holding down shoot less). I normally find optimum power for shots (and most things in pes 4/5) is about 'half-bar', half the power bar.

So yeh, less shot power sounds like the answer to ya problem.. but i woulda thought it would be pretty clear from just yaself. Maybe you've set it up wrong, maybe you're pressing 'long ball' instead of 'shoot'.. maybe you're holding down a button like 'the pc equivilent of L1 on ps2/left trigger on xbox' which would do the big chip.. which is maybe why the ball's going way over the bar. But whatever it is, you'll get it sorted in a couple of games. Just do something different to whatever it is you're doing now.

like adams said keep shots under or just over half way also if you'r shooting from far out limit you'r shots and only take them with you'r best playersto avoid wasting the ball.close in 18yds and closer you could try the r2 controlled shot migh help you score more.
