Are these option files for the EU version of pes 2010?

Ok so pes 2010 just came out today in the us and i got it. I downloaded one of the option files from this site (rosh's option files) and i did everything right to put it in my ps3 but when i run the game it wont work. I deleted all my old pes 2009 files. I then copied all the kits and the new edit file onto my ps3 3. When i ran the game nothing had changed? can someone help

Yes, the ones up right now are not for the US version. Some cool people are working on the US version and probably there will be something up soon.
