Hi mate.......well this is the formation that I used in PES 4:

The positions are:
Lehmann (GK)
Lauren (RB)
Toure (CB)
Senderos (CB)
A.Cole (LB)
Cesc Fabregas (DMF or CMF)
Ljunberg (RMF)
Hleb (OMF)
Pires (LMF or Wing)
Henry (Forward)
Reyes (Forward)

Maybe you can switch Pires for Reyes and in the place of Reyes put Bergkamp or Van Persie. And switch Senderos for Campbell and Toure for Cygan.
