I think you can play back-ups/imports on X-Box as I have a friend that does it. He used a method involving a James Bond game (don't ask!). But the fact that PES4 will be online on X-Box and not on PS2 sways it for me, even though I don't own an X-Box! Where's my wallet?.............

I'll get both versions of the game and I'll be using my PS2 controller on both.

Where can you buy the adaptor or whatever you need to use a PS2 controller on X-Box?

I'm not sure what format I will buy PES4 for, is the X-box version released at the same time as the PS2 version?

X-BOX is much more powerfull than PS2. It offers better graphics, so I assume PES4 on x-box will have fantastic graphics.

Wasn't there a certain other game by Konami *cough*metalgearsolid*cough* that didn't translate particularly well to the x-box, wasn't there loads of slowdown and glitches and no-apparent improvement in graphics due to a sloppy conversion.

So "potentially" it'll have fantastic graphics, "potentially" it won't have the slowdown, "potentially" it'll be on-line. Don't count your chickens, all you xbox fanboys.

You can play back ups, imports, Arcade ROMs, PS one games, N64 games, Sega Mega Drive, SNES, GBA, and soon PS2 games besides xbox games on X-box. Chip development together with HDD is ENORMOUS for X-box. A lot bigger than PS2. And what is more important, it's a lot more stable and easier to chip than PS2.

The only drawback from chipping is, (fair enough), you can't play backup games online...
