Black screen

Hey,

I just made an extract of my Pes3 dvd to patch it.

But i have 2 errors.

The first one with dvdscan2. When i try to scan this file "SLES_519.12" it says : Executing error 76.

However i tried to continue and i finally burned it with cdrwin at 4x speed succefully.

But when i put the cd in my PS2, after the logo Playstation2 appeared, it goes on black screen.

I Followed all instructions of jonboyo's guide and dunno what to do now...

If anyone have a solution, it will be helpful

This belongs in the Official WE7/PES3 Patch sticky.. I'm guessing that the black screen phenomenom is a result of the incompleted dvdscan you mentioned.

Exactly, if you get an error message while working with dvdscan most likely the dvd check won´t be removed, if the dvd check is not removed the whole thing will freeze after the PS2 logo.
First start the entire process again, using our guide, step by step. If it still doesn´t work then search for a jb-patch with a separate SLES file, I´m sure there is one, probably from October or November, you can update it up to 5.1. though, I know it because I patched my PES with these patch a few months ago. This patch needs to be applied to the data_e.afs which requires extracting it from the whole image and importing it back after patching. Do a search for it here on the forum, we had a thread about it.

It was a dvdscan2 pb...

I took a patched SLES_519.12 file and it works perfectly!!
