i recently bought bluetooth headset with all the latest software on it so it would compatible with ps3 with pes8!thats what your people at 'game' said to me..anyway the ps3 accepted the headset as a device but no joy in communication !!can you people help me??

Don't ever listen to people at any game shops because they always think they're right and make statements which make them look like no-it-alls but in fact they are speaking bollocks.

Does the packaging say it's compatible with the PS3? If so there's no reason why it shouldn't work. Try googling it, someone might have had the same problem and you might find the answer online. If not, bring it back and throw it in their face.
