Building a face

hello everybody
I just bought PES5 and its a great game and i would like to build up a face of one or more players i know one should use adobe photoshop to make/edit a face but what else one should use??? im kind of new in this and it would be fun!!!! so is there anybody who can help or give me any information about how to do it?
