as my other post was closed i never got an answer is it safe to buy from here as they have unreal tournament 3, Gran tourismo 5 IN STOCK NOW!!!

Personally, I would wait a few months for the PAL version unless you're 100% it'll a) Work on your PS3 and b) Actually be delivered.
