does anyone know where i can buy, or get hold of a patched pes3, so that i dont have to patch myself

You have bought WE7 or PES3 and the patches are all free. Check out the other threads for info on how to patch the games and you will see that it is very simple to do it yourself. You will need a chipped or modded PS2 to play patched games - check out jag87's thread for more info on this.
