Look at your team ranking. If your team ranking is say B it will be easier to buy really good players. Offer him roughly the same amount of points he is worth if your team ranking is high. Up the salary by a few 100points and see what happens.

Aye right! In case you don't know, Ronaldo is the best player in the game. At least he is in my league. I've been playing for five years, and Ronaldo's stats are all ninety, and most of them are ninety-five.

im arsenal my team rating is S also im in i think my 3rd season i still have troubles buying players eeven when i offer stupid amounts of money i offered £40,000 for kaka with a £4000 wage still didnt come i have been trying for him since i've started the master league lol.

put the ml difficulty to 1 star lol and keep it on professional or top player whatever you play on...

it really depends on how you develop your players, if you really push your player in matchs and really make them run they develop so much faster. thats what i do, make them sprint for every single ball so they are really working their socks off but then take them off when they their icon turns red and they run outa stamina otherwise they play really bad and are likely to get injured.
