I think it's starts off as Normal Long. I too use Normal Medium.

Thanks for the replies,

I started with Normal Long then tried Wide, but I guess that after playing with the same team for a couple of months, I will know where the players are without having see the complete field or look at the radar.

Now some of these camera types are quite useless...
