Can Star abilities develop

Hi all this is my first post here so forgive me if its rubbish.

In ML we all know that as young players develop their various attribute scores increase. But what about Special Abilities (Stars), for example D-Line? As a player develops do they acquire stars? If not will a young player start out with all of the stars they are ever going to have.

Hope I've explained this right.

Sadly not since the days of WE7/PES3

I can confirm that young players don't develop special abilities (star attributes).

If you want, you can turn them on manually in the Edit Mode - but only if the player is a real player and not a CPU generated player.
