Can you be black in legend mode?

i am an african american and for some reason i dont see an option where it says skin tone, i can change my hair, eye color etc but not the skin tone..i even tried playing for an african team hoping it would make me black and it still made me white..lol if u can help please let me know

I believe the very first option (at the top) in the "Base" editing is skin-tone

Well, seeing as the default skin tone is basically white anglo-saxon, he'd also be a racist towards his own race (asian).
