Can you play a national league e.g Prem?

They have all the teams in the eng, italian, spanish etc leagues so can you just play one of them leagues?
In the old one the league mode could only hav a max of 16 teams, whats it like now?

You can do a pre-set national league e.g. prem, french, bundesliga etc. You can also edit the names of each league.

what do u mean pre-set national league? does that mean you can do the prem etc?
