Canada, Pakistan, Trinidad Teams?

When you go to create a player and where it says to choose nationality how come there are all these extra country flags that arent even in the real game for example Canada, Pakistan, Trinidad etc.. is there a way to unlock those teams to play with?

The national teams for those countries arent in the game but there are still the flags so you can create players of those nationalities - and no there is no way of unlocking a team of them.

Yes, hopefully by PES6 they'll have all flags of all countries.
