grasspower: in the second step, adxencd BGM_01.wav -lps0 -lpe"xxxxxx" , u MUST use quotes, probably u don't...this is only reason, come to mind right now. I suppose, you don't make biger file like reserved space (in afs explorer) is, hm ?
BGM-69 isn't the editing music, I haven't found anyone who knows where the edit music is, guess it's either in the exe or compressed somewhere, wish I knew so I could change it coz it gets on my wick.
7. Then go to Start bar on your computer --> Run and type in cmd. (now type everything exactly how it is written here)
cd C:\music (hit enter)
type adxencd BGM_01.wav (hit enter)
This text should appear
Input sound data file: 'BGM_01.wav'
ADX Compressed data file : 'BGM_01.adx'
Sampling frequency : 24000 Hz = Input sound data
No. of channels : 1
Input audio sample : ****** smpl = 23.0 sec <24000 Hz>
ADX output sample : ****** smpl(Blk:****** smpl) = 23.0 sec <24000 Hz>
The no. of channels is 2. Is this a problem?
8. Now you need to make your music looped so type in:
adxencd BGM_01.wav -lps0 -lpe"******" (hit enter)
Need to place number noted earlier and put it in quotation marks after –Ipe. (quotation marks are very important, so don’t leave out). The next set of text should come up:
Cheers for that Stoneman, I have overcome the last problem and have now inserted with AFS explorer.
However, when I test to play it, there is no sound, just a kind of "pop" sound.
ANy ideas?
I have AFS Explorer 3.0. So I doubt any problem there.
One thing, the length of the song was shorter than the one already imported. Is this a problem?
And I used GoldWave, u dont change it to 24000hz before saving but u do it whilst saving. Culd this be a problem aswell?
When does the padding with zeroes thing come up? AFS explorer or cdmage.
I think its when u import the data back with cdmage. Am I right because when i import the bgm_01 nothin about zeroes comes up.
Basically when I typed in adxencd BGM_01.wav -lps0 -lpse"******" the text that came up after that was the same as the text before that when u convert the wav file to adx file.
