on the memory card, when you view the data, there is a little pic so you know what the game is

If you're talking about the fact that maybe it's a blue X at the moment, as mine is when copied from my Maxdrive, then all you need to do is save the option file, maybe edit a player or two or play a game and save the PES, and it'll be set back to the Pro Evo default ball.

If you just want to change it from the ball to a pic of your own, then perhaps this can be done, but it is absolutely pointless, as every time the option file is saved, e.g autosaving PES or in-game editing, it'll be set to default.

but when i downloaded paul bs OF then changed something in game then saved, the pic was still the one he did.

No idea then. Perhaps only maxdrive converted saves are set back to the PES logo. To be honestthough, it does not matter in the slightest.
