On PES3 go to edit mode, then edit player,then edit number. Enter this:1999

It will then ask if you want to increase every teams players by 5 points, then click on 'yes'.

Keep pressing 'yes' and each player on the game will have increased attributes on ability.

thats not a cheat, cos when u play, yeah your players will be 5 points better, but so will the oppositions!!
