Classic clubs patch

Hi, some days ago I've found on a PES forum (I can't remember the url...) a superpatch that change the original clubs and national teams into a large number of classic clubs onf the past, like the Platini's Juventus of the 80's or the Beckenbauer's Bayern. Could you tell me something about this patch and where I can find?
