Complete Rename/Fix/Transfer List

Whats up everyone! Just got the American game and I'm lovin it, but i'm too impatient for an option file fix. Does anyone have a COMPLETE list of the Team/Player name and kit fixes, and an updated transfer list? I figure I would work on my own while waiting to see if the option file problem is fixed

Actually, I dont even need a transfer file (xbox 360), I am really just looking for a complete guide of everything that needs to be updated so I can start working on an American option file.

Which system do you have the game for? I too am impatient, and I am considering inputing data myself. Perhaps we can work together on data or even the editing, if we have the same system.
