1. You need to obtain a prgram called Fraps, to record your replays, and a program called VirtualDub somewhere as well - you will be able to download free trials of these somewhere on the net just search for them on google.

2. You need to install and open Fraps and make sure you know the button to record replays with. Then minus Fraps window and open your game - you should notice a number in the top left hand corner dicataing the frame rate. Go in Options/Museum/Replay Playback and play your favourite replay. Wait until you can control the camera etc, choose the best camera using R2 and L2 and using the directional pad move it to the right place to start. When youy are ready press 'Select' this will remove all the buttons from the edge of the screen. The when you are ready press play in the replay and press the button you chose earlier to record replays on your keyboard - the frame rate in the top corner should turn red showing its recording. Dont worry if the game slows down a bit this is normal. Whne your replay ends quickly tap the Fraps record key on your keyboard again to stop recording.

3. Exit your game and locate the video file that will have been created - (You can determine the place to save these files in the Fraps option menu). Open this video file in VirtualDub.

4. The video will be very large and might be a bit too slow so the Frame Rate and the Compression need to be sorted out. At the top click 'Video' and then 'Frame Rate'. If your video is a little slow try incresing this number a little maybe 5 at a time until you find the right speed. After this you need to sort out some Compressions. For this go 'Video' and then 'Compression'. From the drop down menu on the left that appears choose a codec. Divx and Xvid are very good (If you havent got these you can download them for free as well - search on google). When the codec is applied go 'File', 'Save as'. Choose a new file name and save the video file to the destination of your choice.

5. If you have multiple videos or want to connect 2 or 3 different views of each replay follow all the steps above for each section and then go 'File' 'Append AVI Segment'...you can use this to join multiple videos together. Just select the next file you want joined on. To do this you do howver need all the individual videos to have the same frame rate.

6. If you want to make a compilation after using virtual dub the clips can also be combined in Windows Movie Maker - Start/Programs.Accesories/Windows Movie Maker. Sound and extra bits can be included in this.

Hope this covers everything you wanted to know :) If you have any more questions about it just ask.
