Creating a team without players leaving their real teams! (please help!)

Hi guys, not sure if this post is in the right category but here it comes anyway:.. Situation is as follows: me and my mates at halls want to create our own "allstar" teams with real players.. but the problem is that the players you add to your team dissapear from their real teams.. e.g. I want scholes in my team but i dont want him dissapearing from the man utd team. Surely there must be a way around this? :) any suggestions? i'd really appreciate it! :) thanks!

there is no base copy in PES2008. what i did was i selected say Team A in the other teams list and i moved whichever player i wanted to that team and started a master league with that team. then saved the masterleague, exit, and put the players back in their original teams. and then when you play against each other, just choose that master league team.
