Critical question ? Pes Universal Online Region Vs Region

Will People in the U.S. play online against other regions such as Europe too ? Universal server, I hope so because I don't know how many people play PES here in the U.S. , and I feel left off if I can't play against other people in the World.

I bought the UK version of PES and got to play against Europeans, Afrcians, Asians from time to time I would get someone from the Americas the connection would be great most of the time.

We have a great community on PES2010 here on the USA servers. Apprx 25 ppl and we've had many great tournaments! All our memebers have wired commection and we play all lag free sim games. No BS running down the side with Messi, we all use tactics to recreate a real football experience. Many of our members are actually on this board.

We'll do the same for 2011, when we set it up I'll let you know the details.

What iam saying is that should I buy PS3 or PC version in order to play online. I can buy anything. I just want to make sure, anyway I will buy PES no matter what because I am hardcore fan .
