Can someone please explain what they mean..

like the green arrows arrows to the right

Orange arrow at the 45 degree position

Red Arrow

Blue arrow

Purple arrow facing down..my strikers have it before it wasnt there...im thinking maybe it signifies that they are not happy with the team?

The arrows decide the preformence pf the player:
Red- his stats will improve drasticly.
Orange- he will play better than his regular preformance.
Green- he will play normaly and how his expected to play.
Blue- he will play worse than what his stats say.
Purple- the player will play awefuly bad and he will feel heavy and slow.

Theres a table with all the stats increases/decreases according to the arrows, but I can't find it.

yea right now im using porto and hulk and rodriguz is playing awfully bad...his shots are not even hitting the target
