Hi, I am waiting for Konami to update my Division to Division 4 but it is already the day after (22/11/2010), as of now it is 23/11/2010 00:19 mins.

Anyone else affected by this delay? And should I just play because I dont want to be punished by playing and losing my rank and get relegated.

Sorry for the double post, I clicked the submit and went to an error page so I thought it was not sent.

Anyway, I want to know if the promotion breakpoint from Division 5 is at 484 and I have currently roughly 498, does it mean I will be promoted soon? On Pesfans.com, they say everyone gets reset back to 500 rating at this update, but I dont even have that high of a rating.
