Ok, still not entirely sure what you mean but I'll give it a shot:
If you used Daymos option file or another OF and those files have gone bad after the Konami update, then delete all the OF's and dlc and reinstall it in the same manner:
1: Install Option file
2: Install konami dlc 10-10-2010
3: Install konami update 15-10-2010
