Editing national team names

Is it possible to edit the national teams. I want to make the Euro 2004 tournement, but Latvia is not in the game. Is there a way to change China or some team to Latvia?

Can anybody also tell me how to change the names of the referees and the names of the stadiums?

Use WEditor to change the Nationalteams, works fine
But you must edit a european team because otherwise you don´t add the team(lativa) into the european cup

When i click File > Team > Import from DAT file and then open de option.dat, i get the message: DAT file imported to MCT file.
Then when i click Team in the menu, i only get 3 option from which i can choose: Name & power ars, Formation and Kickers & Captains.

From here on i don't know what to do.

weditor problem

i had installed the wendetta patch on my pc. then to further update my squad details i used the weditor 1.1 which worked fine to tranfer club players until I decided to edit teddy sherigham's profile to Marcus Bent (everton). the problem is displays correctly on weditor but won't get transferred on PESpc despite the fact that i deleted the option file. I've tried to fix it but no success. Is it possible that my fileover.afs is corrupted coz even shuffling my default starting eleven dosen't work on pespc. I used weopteditor simultaneously with weditor to import cm stats as the stand alone cm > pes convertor dosen't workon my system
