Editing Stadium Names?

Is there any way to edit the names of the stadiums, without the use of an X-Port? I saw Old Trafford on a screenshot so I'm guessing there's a way, but I've seen nothing in game.

Anyone? All I need to know is if it can be done and what program does it, or that it can't be done.

It can be using option file editors, which would need to be loaded via an x-port or similar
