Right hello everyone for a start.

Im doing my own patch for pes n I was wondering how to edit the text in-game. e.g Ive edited all the BMPs for the balls but on the pre-game menu it will still say Rotiero etc.

How can I make it come up aerow blue or something? thnx

You just need to open all either the 0_text.afs, or e_text.afs with DkZ Studio.

I don't think you do need to Hex Edit it, Mumpleaser. I'm sure it is possible that way, but abit more complicated.

How do you change ball names in DkZ Studio marrison89? if it is easier I'd like to give it a try myself as hex editing is a pain in the arse!

I never fancied Hex Editor, I'll leave that to the professionals.

You have to look through all of the files and change the text. You'll see other texts that you see ingame, which you can change like titles of music, referees names, commentators names, and loads more other things.



May take a little while scowering through everything, but when you do find it, just click on the one you want to change, write the new name of the ball in the text box, 'Change Text Line' and then 'Save text to file', then when your complete, click 'Save'.
