can someone tell me how to open the we7i option file with my x-port v2 so i can update the rosters and transfer people to their new teams as it just crashes on any memory card with we7i on.

I've not heard of WE7:I option files causing crashes. But this did happen to me with an early version of WE7. If it keeps crashing, all you can do is delete the option file and download a new one. The evo-web WE7:I file is great and you can update that. Plus it won't crash.
