From Segunda B promoted Real Madrid B and CD Mirandés.
2 spots for promotion are still open, playoffs finish at 24th of june!

From Liga BBVA, Racing Santander, Sporting de Gijon and Villareal FC relegated.

Yes, but I didn't find a good emblem for Real Madrid B!
Unfortunately Villareal can't play against their own second team, because they have to relegate from Liga Adelante! But it would be an interesting match-up!
