Euro 2004 tournament!

Apologies to everyone, from the lack of stuff lately. I;ve just had a lot to juggle at the moment. What I am doing now, is going to release the final option file, with the finalised squads, with numbers. you will be free to download the option file if you want, and use as a reference. What I am also going to do, if i have time, is release a euro 2004 pc patch, with all the updates i have made, from the welcome screen, replay music, kits, adboards etc etc. The friendlies I have drawn up, so as soon as you get the option file, submit your tactics, I'm gonna get them played really quickly, so we can move on to the tournament proper. I appreciate your patience, and it doesnt mean that I am not commited in organising and hosting a good tournament, its that I want to do this as well as possible. Hopefully you'll stick around and get into this, as when it starts, it'll be a blast. So look out for the option file, it should be pretty much updated and in sync with the final squads lists. I have had to Build Latvia from scratch and I think it's come off well. Just need to update some of the other squads and we'll be ready.

my squad list should help a bit, and i will add more stuff to my thread, including probable starters and more... cheers.

I just finished a tutorial here at Uni, (which is why I have daytime internet), and will be on the 'net again tonight, 1am+ Aust. time, hopefully.

Could someone give me a sort of overview of what's been said in this topic so far?

I've been away for about a week and there are now 40 pages worth of posts, which I'm not really interested in reading, as it will take me hours.

Am I still in?
When are we picking squads for?
Any new rules or additions?

everyone is still in, i dunno what your team is but you should quickly sort your formation as the tournament will start soon and the friendlies should be today or tomorrow i dunno yet, rules is that you can't do more than 2 friendlies, that's it hang around these times cause things will be moving fast these days as t1000v2.0 said, this is for you jthk2004 can you post next to every team name his manager, you know in your thread like for example:
Denmark ( manager:gedo )
then the lineup
so everyone like afrojoe can keep track of his team instead of just searching in these 40 pages

This probably isn't be the right thread to ask this, but you lot seem to have done this so at least I know I can get answers here.

How do you get the squad pictures in your signature? What would I have to enter in the text bit that comes up when you click on 'Insert Image'?

I'm really not very good with computers or anything like that...

in your signature box type this :
URL of image
you can get the url by right clicking on the pic and then click on properties, check the address(url) check out the team pics in jthk2004 sticky thread, where all team pictures are there ... good luck
edit: btw i read it USA for the first time instead of russia try lighter blue

Sorry guys, still finsihing off the option file, after the new squads were finalised, but its proving to be a little difficult as there are players in some squads that arent in the game. Ash is helping me witha couple, trying to get some stats. I've only got a bout 3 teams left to update. But truth is, I've been a little ill the past 2 days, not quite sure what it is, but my stomach is just hurting bad! need to see the doc tomorrow, i have a feeling it was maybe something i ate, its just left me with a fever and lots of aches. Hopefully it'll be a little better tomorrow. I do have a fixture list of the final friendlies to be played:

post in your lineup as i can simulate the game. BTW t1000v2.0, do u use fraps to get the game footage as i was thinkin to simulate it on pc.

didn't t1000v2.0 said that all the friendlies should be played on his console ? if it's ok for you to do so i can pm you with the lineup in about 15 mins as i have to do some tactics
