European Licenses Are The Priority

It'd be great if they could add Championship teams, I hate playing teams like Xcjhljgsdjhabin from D2 when they get promoted. They can get the real players, and just call them names like:

London Blue Stripes
Sherwood FC
Foxes Utd

etc etc etc

Yeah, I would like to see 2nd division teams for all the major domestic leagues in Europe as well so that we can have a proper ML experience.

if they cant get the full league blessing then they should go to the clubs directly and try to buy their approval, many of the pro's play pes and im sure that they would try and put pressure on their clubs to do something, alternatively konami should put all the badges and kit log's etc into some form of content file that can be opened and edited at the users discression, like they used to do many years ago, or give everybody the ability to edit the strips full as the end user wants, surely there must be a way to have multi layering on the kits like in forza, so that you can add bits onto the shoulders, backs and shorts etc.

They probably will. As you'll know, they've already got Bayern and Werder licensed this year. Here's hoping that they can acquire a few more teams such as Dortmund, Hamburg etc...

Will in Pro Evo fashion the Werder license will prob not be renewed. They wont be playing in Europe next year so Konami prob wont keep them in game.

Seeing as they have the Champions League licence, why couldn't they put in all the teams that qualified for the group stage, like Zilina, Hapoel, Bursaspor? Yet they include teams like AIK, Helsinki.

I think they are working on having every CL team licensed in the game, but licensing issues seem to prevent this from happening.

I'd imagine that those teams would be first on the list for Konami.

As soon as I learnt about the J-League in Winning Eleven all those years ago, it always confused me why it wasn't just included in the European game as a matter of course. Anything to add more authenticity is to be welcomed.

Ali

It is happening again
Why can't they release a patch to enable us to use the South American teams online? Is there some sort of licensing reason there? I'd love to show all the Real Madrid noobs who the REAL Ronaldo is :)

I'm not being hard on Liverpool fans, but I feel there are 4/5 teams ahead of Liverpool in terms of priority, for Konami.

It's all about the Champions League. And as you know, they've shown this in the past.

I know many people over in England want more EPL teams fully licensed but this day in age patches take care of that in a second. I want to see teams like CSKA and Lokomotiv make a return, Dortmund has to be in as they pretty much own the Bundesliga right now and I dont see that changing. So Konami said no to the Bundesliga well how about the RPL?

I would love for the Greek Super League to be fully licensed in PES2012. Look at what has been done over at WeHellas over the years. I am currently working on a option file for the U.S. version of PES2011.
