Ok i would say Richardson is the best out of the 3 because he looks the most like him. Though unfortunately the texture is bad because you can see the outline of the photo you have used where it goes white. Try desaturating the colour of the bright brown, use colour dodge and burn tools if necessary

I have a problem: everytime when I like to import a face-bmp with GGS it says that the bmp is completely transparent although I set the opacity to 100%!What is the problem?Could somebody help me?

Dude you should have P.M'd someone, instead of posting here.
Right open the bmp in game graphic studio, click the black square on the right and then drag and drop. All should be fine
